5月22日晚，我们的活动已于求真楼312举行，鉴于有许多对外经贸的同学未能获悉到场，现将FLDP项目介绍如下，有意申请暑期实习机会，并借此了解强生集团西安杨森以及该项目的大三、研一的同学可以将简历发送至campuscv@its.jnj.com主题及附件名请标明“FLDP-学校-专业-姓名-年级-手机号码”，以防止系统自动屏蔽。

Finance Leadership & Development Program(强生亚太区财务领导力发展项目)是由强生制药集团（亚太区）领导和发起的旨在培养未来优秀财务人才的发展项目，项目通过多渠道和多样化的混合发展模式，帮助应届毕业生快速成长发展为合格的财务经理人。

Program Overview

FLDP was started in 1997 and developed by Finance for Finance. The program helped drive cross-company knowledge and rotations and develop new hires early on.
