3. 职位描述 1).HR Recruitment Intern Role purpose 1.
Provide effective support on recruitment administration for Sales. 2.
Guide by Sales HR BP to implement sales recruitment plan.
3.
First screening candidates’ resume according role profile.
Accountabilities 1.
Support Area Managers and CU heads on vacancy report preparation. 2.
Send monthly vacancy report to SBS RTW team on time and follow up the approval progress. 3.
Update line Managers on HC application approval progress on time by email or phone. 4.
Support the recruitment status monthly report and regular send to SBS RTW team for updating. 5.
Manage recruitment channels (webpages or newspapers) with support by SBS RTW team. 6.
According to the recruitment (replacement) plan, update the recruitment information on recruitment websites.
7.
Collecting and screening resumes according to recruitment request. Send qualified resumes to recruitment managers. Administration support on interview arrangement. 8.
Follow line Managers’ interview result. 9.
Coordinate and guide Area Assistant on candidate on boarding documents collection and send to SBS HRA. Critical success factors 1.
